Ben Suren
Owner / President
Ben began his career in logistics in 1992 with UPS as a cargo handler. From there he established his first business with Crescent City Delivery in 2000 with one cargo van, and has since expanded his operation with continued sales efforts, value added services, and excellent customer service representatives. Today operating out of a 45,000 square foot facility at Louis Armstrong airport, Sure Logix operates a fleet of 53 foot tractor trailers, flat beds, straight trucks with lift gates, and cargo (hot shot) vans. Sure Transit has expanded services with nationwide full truckload service and complete logistics operations.
Jim Lockwood
Logistics / Operations Manager
Jim got his start in transportation in 1978 with Aerotyme, international freight forwarder at MSY. From there, he worked as a cargo handler at TACA Airlines and then as a contractor/owner-operator at VICA Inc. In 1982 Jim founded Sundown Express, Inc. air freight/LTL carrier servicing Louisiana and Mississippi. In 1999, Jim opened All Freight Network, a full service logistics provider and then began a 15 year relationship as an independent agent with Landstar. For many years AFN was an award winning agent for Landstar and enjoyed a prosperous relationship. Jim brings his years of experience in logistics to Sure Transit.
Stacey Vidrine
Customer Service/Logistics
Stacey began her career in transportation at Sure Logix in 2012. Her duties include data entry (Crown Data) and expanded to include logistics and dispatch, billing, accounts receivable, and customer service. Stacey has an excellent rapport with customers and drivers alike. Her organizational skills are critical to the success of our operation.
